Terms of Service
The rules for using Axium — acceptable use, rate limits, tokens, payments and the app.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Axium bot, website, documentation, and app ("Axium", "the service"). By adding Axium to a server, signing in, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who can use Axium
You must meet Discord's and Roblox's minimum age and eligibility requirements for your region, and you must have permission to configure any server you add Axium to. You're responsible for everything done through your account and within servers you manage.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to: use Axium to break Discord's or Roblox's Terms or a game's rules; harass, abuse, dox or harm others; run illegal activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to Axium, other servers, or other users' data; resell, sublicense or rebrand Axium as your own; or interfere with the service's normal operation.
You also agree not to circumvent permission checks, payment, or rate limits — including by automating, scraping, or scripting Axium's interfaces beyond ordinary use. We may remove the bot, suspend access, or blacklist a server and its owner for violations.
4. Fair use & rate limits
Axium enforces rate limits to keep the service fast and fair for everyone, and to respect Discord's and the ER:LC (PRC) API's own limits. In-game commands are routed through Axium's adaptive per-server queue: requests are token-bucketed under a global ceiling, prioritized by lane, de-duplicated, and retried with backoff rather than dropped — so heavy bursts are smoothed, not lost, but may be delayed.
Reasonable, good-faith use by a community is welcome. Excessive automated load, attempts to exceed your server's fair share, or behaviour that degrades the service for others may be throttled, queued, temporarily blocked, or — if persistent — restricted. Specific limits may change as we tune capacity; we don't guarantee a fixed request rate.
5. Accounts & staff ranks
Dashboard and admin access is tied to your Discord account and the permissions you hold in your servers. Internal Axium staff ranks (Developer, Coordinator, Administrator, HR, Support Team, Quality Assurance) grant scoped access to platform tooling and may be changed or revoked at any time.
6. Custom-branding tokens
Custom branding is enabled with tokens. A token is a one-time purchase added to your account's token pocket. You may apply a token to a Discord server to grant it custom-branding rights, and retract it at any time, returning it to your pocket.
To prevent reselling, a token can only be applied to a server that both you and the Axium bot are members of, and tokens are non-transferable between accounts. Tokens are a licence to use Axium's branding features, not ownership of any Axium intellectual property. Axium staff may void a token — without refund — where misuse, reselling, chargeback fraud, or a breach of these Terms is detected.
7. Payments & refunds
Purchases (branding tokens and donations) are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers; card data is handled by the processor and not retained by Axium. Digital goods such as tokens are generally non-refundable once issued, except where required by law or at our discretion. Chargeback fraud may result in voided tokens and a blacklist.
8. Axium app & Axium Portal
Where offered, the Axium app provides dashboard features, LOA management and notifications. The optional "Axium Portal" feature, where available on supported platforms, assists staff while moderating in supported games. You remain responsible for every moderation action you take and for complying with Roblox's and the game's terms while using any companion tooling.
9. Your data
Axium stores the configuration and operational data your community provides in order to function. Sensitive credentials (such as ER:LC Server-Keys) are encrypted. You can export and delete your server's configuration from the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
10. Availability & liability
Axium is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard for uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we aren't liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or actions taken through the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as Axium evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
