Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By inviting the Axium Discord bot (the "Bot") to your server, using its features, or using this website (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Relationship with Discord
This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any applicable laws.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may only use the Service if you meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and have the necessary permissions in any server where you add or configure the Bot.
You agree not to use the Service to engage in unlawful activities, harass or harm others, disrupt or overload the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with its normal operation.
4. Bot configuration and responsibility
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used in their servers. Features such as moderation actions, logging, notifications, and automation can affect server members. By enabling those features, you confirm that you have the necessary authority and that you will use them fairly.
5. Data and privacy
Use of the Service may involve the collection and handling of information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and handling.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Service is to stop using it and remove the Bot from your servers.

Unless stated otherwise, all code, design, branding, and content associated with Axium and the Bot are owned by the project owner. All rights are reserved. You may not reuse or redistribute the Service’s code, branding, or content without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
